    About the resevation

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Check-in time is from 15:00-18:00 and check-out time is from 8:00-10:00.
    If you plan to arrive after 18:00, please let us know in advance.
  • Is it possible to change the number of people or plan after making a reservation?
    It is possible to change the number of guests as long as it is within the maximum number of guests.
    It is also ok to change the plan, but it is necessary to cancel the reservation online at your side and make a new reservation.

    In addition, changes in the number of guests and plans can only be made [by 15:00 on the day before your stay].
    If you wish to make changes after that time, please contact us by phone.
  • When do reservations start?
    On the 1st of each month, reservations can be made for the next 10 months.
  • What are the payment methods?
    We accept local payment or advance payment by credit card.
  • Are pets allowed?
    You can only stay with your dog in the Cocoon Tent.
  • Are there any breed restrictions?
    We accept up to 2 small or medium-sized dogs or 1 large dog.
    (2 dogs weighing up to 20 kg / 1 dog weighing between 20 kg and 30 kg are allowed.)
  • Are there any essential item when we stay with pet?
    We ask you to bring vaccination certificate of canine madness.
    If your dogs cannot get vaccinated becouse of any reasons, please show us any certification which your dogs go to hospital.
  • Is it possible to stay for a day trip?
    We are sorry that this facility is for overnight guests only.
  • Will there be a cancellation fee?
    The following fees will be charged for cancellations made for any reason.
    ・7 days before - the reservation day: 100%
    ・30 days - 8 days before : 50%
  • If I use a dome with a Jacuzzi, do I need to wear a swimwear?
    Please wear swimwear when using the Jacuzzi.
  • Are swimwears available for rent?
    We do not provide rental swimwears, so please bring your own.
  • About the Facilities

  • What amenities are provided?
    We provide bath towels, face towels, bath mats, pajamas, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hair dryer, toner, lotion, and toothbrushes.
  • Are there any facilities/equipment or cooking tools in the rooms?

    Air conditioner, fridge, electric kettle, Wi-Fi, crockery, knives, forks, glasses, alcohol disinfectant, electric torch(lantern), hanger rack, power sockets


    Cooking tools
    Knives, cutting boards, tongs, kitchen shears, ladles, aluminum foil, and plastic wrap are provided in the rooms.
    We do not provide frying pans or pots, so please bring your own if you need.
    ※Please note that firearms are not allowed.
  • What is included in the BBQ grill set?
    We provide a BBQ gas grill, tongs, and heat-resistant gloves.
    For the stay with meals plan, the usage fee is included in the room charge.
    For the stay without meals plan, an additional fee of 4,950 yen will be added.
  • Can I bring in firearms?
    We are sorry that fire pits, charcoal, BBQ grills, gas burners, and other firearms are not allowed.
  • Is WIFI available?
    Yes, it is available in each room.
  • Is there air conditioning?
    Yes, we have air conditioning in the tents and fan heaters in the dining areas so that you can stay comfortably stay in all seasons.
  • Are bath/shower equipped?
    Dome tents and Cocoon tents are equipped with individual bathrooms and shower booths.
    Luxury domes have bathrooms with a bathtub.
  • Are there any day-trip hot springs nearby?
    There is a hot spring located about 5 minutes by car from us called "Nokumanojo Tsukikawa".
    The operationg hours are from 10:30 to 21:00 (last admission at 20:00).

    You can also enjoy another hot spring resort, Hirugami Onsenkyo, which is about 20 minutes away by car.

    No.

    Yes.
  • About meals

  • How many days in advance is required to order meals?
    At least by 2 days.
  • Are foods and drinks available for sale at the administration building?
    We do not sell any items, so please bring the foods and drinks by yourself. There are vending machines in the facility.
  • Can I bring foods and beverages?
    You can bring any food you like.
  • Do you offer vegetarian services?
    Unfortunately, we do not currently offer vegetarian services.
    We can accommodate those with allergies, so please consult with us in advance.
  • Others

  • Are fireworks allowed?
    Fireworks are not allowed.
  • Are there any stores nearby for shopping?
    There is a Family Mart Shinshu Hirugami store about 10 minutes away by car, and a supermarket (A Co-op Rack Achi store) about 15 minutes away by car. We recommend that you go shopping before checking in, as there are no stores nearby.
