Regarding Food Allergies and Dietary Requests
Until now, we have made every reasonable effort to accommodate guests with food allergies so that they could enjoy their meals with peace of mind, including individual ingredient substitutions and the removal of specific ingredients whenever possible.
However, after reviewing the safety of our food service operations and carefully considering our kitchen environment, facilities, and meal preparation and service procedures, we have concluded that it will be difficult to continue providing individual allergy-related meal modifications.
Therefore, for reservations made on or after October 1, 2026, we will discontinue individual ingredient removal and substitution requests related to food allergies.
We will also no longer be able to accommodate requests to change or remove ingredients based on personal preferences, dislikes, or reasons unrelated to food allergies.
In particular, guests with severe food allergies or those who require the complete avoidance of specific ingredients are kindly asked to prepare meals whose safety they can personally confirm, or to consider booking a room-only plan without meals.
 
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause to guests who have previously used our services.
This policy has been introduced in order to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all of our guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
